Traveling for her supplies was one of her most tedious tasks, especially due to having to travel so far if she wanted only the finest of things. She had done this for so long she knew the ins and outs of the markets, who would cut herr deals and who wouldn't. Being easy on the eyes certainly had its perks, but there were times when the men thought she would go further than just a wink. Much to their surprise she was not one to bark when told to do so. Often she left empty handed, but more times than not she got what she wanted. A heavy sigh escaped her lips as she moved with horse and carriage. It was probably best she rest for the night as she didn't like to travel too late. She knew of an Inn nearby, it was better then sleeping in the trailer with all the critters who liked to lurk at the peak of the darkest hours. When she finally came closer to Odersten she began to walk alongside her steed, every imprint of her foot into the ground was clockwork. Time and time and time again. "Were almost there," she assured her companion. Finally she made it to the Inn, but she didn't enter the door right away. Instead she tied up the stallion and locked the doors of her wagon before taking a seat on the bench nearby. Her body ached and the lack of sleep was beginning to catch up to her. |
